The David M. Borner Scholarship Fund has been established to celebrate the memory of Dave Borner through a scholarship in his name. Each year, a scholarship will be awarded to a graduating senior from Starpoint High School whose character and performance throughout their high school career best fit the traits that Dave exemplified, dedication to family, service to community, hard work and an undying spirit
of joy in all that he did. It is the wish of Dave's family, that from his tragic passing, others from the community from which he, his wife and family were born and raised may find opportunity on his behalf.
